Our law firm was founded in April 2017 by Marialena Endita Ratsa, Supreme Court Lawyer, licensed to practice law since January 2016.<\/p>\n
The founder of the law firm is a graduate of the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace and holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Law with honors, similarly from the Democritus University of Thrace.<\/p>\n
She is fluent and translates into English, French, Albanian and vice versa.<\/p>\n
At the same time, she is a Certified by Center of Mediation of Piraeus (KE.DI.P.) and Accredited Mediator by the Greek Ministry of Justice, registered in the General (Civil, Commercial, Family Disputes) and Special Register (Cadastre Disputes) of Mediators since January 2023.<\/p>\n
Futhermore, she has attended and continues to attend seminars and conferences related to legal issues as well as seminars on forensic graphology.<\/p>\n
Her love for the profession of Lawyer was a springboard of success, commitment, immediacy and effectiveness for the people who trusted her.<\/p>\n
She is a Lawyer in practice and Mediator and her motto is Justitia, Libertas, Veritas meaning Justice, Freedom, Truth.<\/p>\n
The legal and mediation services are being provided nationally with collaborations and representation in first instance and appeal courts throughout Greece as well as in the country’s highest courts.<\/p>\n
